We are fully GDPR compliant and as such when you email us or submit an enquiry/booking to us you acknowledge and provide your consent to our storage and use of your personal data only for the use to administer your email or enquiry/booking. Your data may be held on our CRM software for up to 3 years. We will remove all data upon request as required by GDPR. We will always treat your personal details with the utmost care and will never sell them to other companies for marketing purposes. We use a third party company ‘BoothBook’ to handle our bookings and customer contact.

Cancellations - Cancelling any item within 30 days will require for 50% of final balance to be paid.
Cancelling more then 30 days from event there is no penalty.
We may use a combination of 3 payment gateways to handle your payments these are Stripe, Splink and/or PayPal. We recommend you view their privacy policies to see how they handle your data on our behalf. We can change which method the balance is paid after deposit at any stage.
Booking fees are non refundable if you wish to cancel our services.
